Abu Dhabi Summer Sports is back with more than ten sports and physical activities available to residents in a comfortable, air-conditioned setting, and gives them an opportunity to keep a healthy lifestyle.
ADNEC Group and the Abu Dhabi Sports Council are hosting the biggest indoor summer sports event in the region from now until August 21. Every day from 6 am to 1 am, the event, which is currently in its fourth and biggest edition, takes place in the ADNEC Centre.
The total event space is now 37,500 square meters, an increase of 10%. The running track has been expanded to 1.2 km and doubled to four lanes. Football, basketball, padel, running, badminton, volleyball, tennis, table tennis, cricket, chess, a fitness center, and an obstacle course are among the twelve main sports and physical activities that are offered. There are now 52 courts and tracks, all constructed to the best international standards.
In addition, visitors can access a range of on-site dining options and wellness activities including yoga, meditation, recovery areas, and specialized training sessions—all of which are perfect for business team-building. Family areas with entertainment and games for kids are also available.
