The Corniche in Abu Dhabi now has a brand-new night beach. Residents can avoid the summer heat by remaining outside well after nightfall.
Combining safety and recreation, the beach is well-lit, protected by lifeguards, has first-aid supplies, and sports facilities for basketball, football, and volleyball.
Open to swimmers and tourists, the Corniche Night Beach is open weekdays from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. and on weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) until midnight. Abu Dhabi now has a wider variety of evening beach options thanks to the latest addition.
Gates 4 through 6 provide entrance to the 1000 square meter swimming area, which is a pleasant respite from the summer heat. There, visitors can swim under the lights and take in the refreshing evening breeze.
Marsana Night Beach
Hudayriyat Island's Marsana Night Beach opened for the summer in July, offering guests food options, cozy loungers, moonlit swimming, and cold water coolers.
Adult admission to Marsana is Dh50 on weekdays and Dh100 on weekends, while children under six enter free of charge. This is in contrast to the free Corniche facilities.
