On Sheikh Khalifa Street, car wheels play Beethoven's Ninth Symphony, a first for the United Arab Emirates and the Arab world. The "Musical Street" stretches 750 meters along Sheikh Khalifa Street in front of the Fujairah Court, at the entrance to Fujairah city.
The Fujairah Fine Arts Academy started this creative endeavor as part of their efforts to incorporate music into everyday life and promote the arts in public areas. The initiative has been well received by residents and visitors.
