The biennial Dubai Airshow returns from November 17 to 21, 2025, promising its biggest edition yet, with over 148,000 visitors expected from 98 countries and more than 200 aircraft on display.
While the spotlight will remain on the staggering deals—valued at around $101 billion last year—the organisers have revealed an exciting lineup of events for both industry professionals and the public, ensuring an unforgettable experience.
Airshow week kicks off with a unique twist: a five-kilometre run around the static aircraft display on Sunday morning, November 16, before the official opening. Participants will jog past more than 200 aircraft, from commercial jets and military fighters to cutting-edge eVTOL vehicles, offering arguably the most scenic 5K in the UAE.
For the first time, the show will extend into the evening on Tuesday with a special “After Dark” experience, running until 9 pm. Visitors can enjoy food, entertainment, and networking opportunities before witnessing the airshow’s inaugural choreographed drone display lighting up the night sky. “Guests, exhibitors—everyone will be able to stay back, avoid the traffic, and enjoy the evening at the airshow site,” said Hawes.
New features for 2025 include a Wellness Zone, in collaboration with the Dubai Health Authority, offering health check-ups and immersive sensory experiences, as well as the Aerospace Executive Club, which will host 100 global CEOs on Tuesday morning.
With a 35% expansion from 2023 and 1,500 exhibitors spanning defence, space, and commercial aviation, Dubai Airshow 2025 promises to be a must-attend event for aviation enthusiasts and industry leaders alike.
