Dubai Retail has announced Skylight Mall, a major new shopping and lifestyle destination planned for Al Khail Road in Dubai, with its opening scheduled for 2027.
Spanning 1.3 million sq ft of GLA, the mall will feature more than 360 stores, bringing together retail, dining, entertainment and essential services.

Skylight Mall will be strategically located along Al Khail Road, providing convenient access to residents of Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT), Jumeirah Islands, The Springs and surrounding communities. Its location will also make it easily accessible to visitors from across Dubai.
The mall will offer 1.3 million sq ft of gross leasable area, with connected spaces designed for shopping, dining and entertainment. Dubai Retail says the development will feature spacious interiors along with open areas for visitors to enjoy.
Dubai Retail’s Expanding Portfolio
With the addition of Skylight Mall, Dubai Retail will have 58 malls and lifestyle destinations across Dubai. Its portfolio includes Palm Jumeirah Mall, Nad Al Sheba Mall, Ibn Battuta Mall, Dragon Mart, The Outlet Village, Bluewaters, JBR, Souk Madinat Jumeirah and Palm West Beach.
