Dubai South is set to welcome the VIP Terminal Boulevard, a 769-metre development opposite Al Maktoum International Airport’s VIP terminal, featuring 16 premium buildings. It is anticipated that the first phase of the region would be finished by 2026 and will be populated with premium brands and top aviation firms.
Aviation One, a six-story structure located within The VIP Terminal Boulevard, is already under construction.
According to the Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH), which is responsible for the plans, the new neighborhood was developed to satisfy the demand for services related to aviation and is expected to draw both high-end retailers and important figures in the aviation industry.
