Emirates restores Madagascar route from Dubai starting October 23

This week, Emirates is to start operating previously canceled flights from Dubai International Airport. Flights to and from Antananarivo (TNR) in Madagascar will resume on Thursday, October 23, according to a travel update posted on the Emirates website on Tuesday, October 21.

This implies that in addition to the airline's service to and from the Seychelles to Antananarivo, Emirates will continue to operate its EK707/708 service from DXB to Antananarivo and from Antananarivo to DXB.

Due to civil instability, Emirates canceled flights to the African island nation until further notice.

Passengers on Emirates who connect via Dubai and end up in Antananarivo will now be permitted to go back to their starting location.

The Seychelles International Airport in Mahé serves as the connection point for all Emirates flights to Madagascar, which are typically scheduled from Tuesday through Sunday.

If a customer was impacted by the cancellation of flights to and from the capital of Madagascar, the airline has requested them to get in touch with their travel agency to rebook or, if they made a direct reservation with the DXB-based airline, to contact Emirates.

The airline's website's Manage Your Booking area is where passengers who were scheduled to travel may check their contact information and get updates.

Additionally, Emirates has apologized for any inconvenience.
