The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) of Dubai has announced the hours of operation for a number of services over the Hijri New Year holiday. Customer Happiness Centers, paid parking lots, public transportation, Dubai Metro and Tram, maritime transportation services, and service provider centers (car technical testing) are all included in the updated schedule.
- On the day of the New Hijri Year holiday, all RTA Customer Happiness Centers will be closed. Nonetheless, the Head Office, Deira, Al Barsha, and Umm Ramool Smart Customer Happiness Centers will continue to run normally around-the-clock.
- On Friday, all service provider centers will be closed. On Saturday, vehicle technical testing services will be resumed.
- The Dubai Metro will run on Friday from 5 a.m. to 1 a.m. the following day, and the Dubai Tram from 6 a.m. to 1 a.m.
- The RTA advised using the S'hail app to view the most recent schedule updates for public buses during the holiday season.
