Naïa Island, a futuristic development that was started by Shamal Holding, will be constructed in the water at the Jumeirah shoreline.
The first Cheval Blanc Maison in the area will be housed in this expansive low-rise project, which is situated between Umm Suqeim and Jumeirah 3. It will have a private villa community, suites, and apartments.
A restricted number of branded beachfront homes and estate plots will be offered, according to information released by the Dubai Media Office.
Plans have shown the island to be all about lush flora and breathtaking sea vistas, and each property has its own private beach access. However, the exact layout of each villa is still unknown.
The project is now in the early stages of development, although a completion date has not yet been set.
