
As Dubai celebrates the Islamic holiday of Eid Al Adha, the Roads and Transport Authority announced on Monday that public parking would be free from June 5 to June 8. Throughout the holiday, multi-level parking terminals will continue to be a paid service.
Public transportation schedules for the holiday were also released by the authorities. From Wednesday, June 4 to Saturday, June 7, Dubai Metro will operate from 5 a.m. until 1 a.m. (the following day).
From Wednesday, June 4 through Saturday, June 7, the Dubai Tram operates from 6 a.m. to 1 a.m. the following day.
Residents are advised to check the S'hail app for the most recent bus schedule. Some buses will not be operational temporarily during the break.
Bus Route E100 will not run from Al Ghubaiba Bus Station from June 4 to June 8. During this delay, commuters are advised to take the E101 from Ibn Battuta Bus Station to Abu Dhabi.
Instead of going via Ibn Battuta Bus Station and Musaffah, bus route E102 will run straight from Al Jafiliya Bus Station to Zayed International Airport in Abu Dhabi.
During Eid Al Adha, all RTA Customer Happiness Centers will be closed. Nonetheless, the RTA Head Office, Umm Ramool, Deira, and Al Barsha Smart Customer Happiness Centers will remain open twenty-four hours a day.
From June 5 to June 7, service provider centers will be closed. On Sunday, June 8, the following centers will once again offer technical testing services: Tasjeel Al Tawar, AutoPro Al Mankhool, Tasjeel Al Awir, Al Yalayis, and Shamil Muhaisnah.
On Monday, June 9, 2025, all services—including technical testing and transaction processing—will be available again at all centers.
