The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) of Dubai is transforming the training and qualification process for new drivers with its state-of-the-art online platform, Tadreeb. RTA's goal to lead the world in sustainable and seamless mobility while speeding up its digital transformation is reflected in the program.
By connecting all driving schools in Dubai, the platform centralizes learner data, automates assessments, and completely digitizes training procedures. Higher safety standards and a more competent pool of licensed drivers result from Tadreeb's use of artificial intelligence to guarantee customized instruction for every student.
More than 3,400 instructors and 3,000 cars support the system, which is already in use across 27 training institute locations. Every journey is electronically logged and linked to the central system. Through a smooth, paperless procedure, it provides approximately six million hours of training to about 250,000 trainees annually.
Tadreeb, a recent recipient of the esteemed Prince Michael International Road Safety Award, is widely acknowledged as the first unified driver training platform approved by the International Commission for Driver Testing (CIECA).
