A new wellbeing island will be coming to the UAE, branded by real estate brokerage Knight Frank as the "world's first longevity and wellness island." The first houses are planned to be available for occupation in 2027. SHA Island will be built on Al Jurf Island, which is located between Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and will provide luxury health and wellness facilities. The recent news stated 51 sustainable flats will be erected overlooking the scenery, all with the goal of promoting a better living.
The coastal homes will even have direct access to the beach, private jetties, and four to six bedrooms.
Meanwhile, the garden homes will be surrounded by lush flora and feature their own terrace with a private pool.
To safeguard occupants' health, each home will include modern air filtration to assist breathing and customized lighting to control your sleep cycle.
Residents will also be able to obtain health and wellness treatments, with leading doctors, practitioners, and chefs providing organic meals at the Healthy Nutrition Pavillion.
