UAE small businesses with annual revenue of up to Dh3 million can continue claiming Small Business Relief on corporate tax until December 31, 2029.
The Ministry of Finance said Ministerial Decision No. 131 extends the relief period, while the existing Dh3 million revenue threshold remains unchanged.
The relief is aimed at reducing corporate tax compliance requirements for eligible small businesses and start-ups and supporting business growth and entrepreneurship.
