Animenia, a major anime festival, is returning to Abu Dhabi next month for its second edition with a bigger and more immersive experience for fans.
The five-day event will run from February 11 to 15 at Manarat Al Saadiyat, featuring a cosplay competition with prizes worth Dhs400,000. Visitors will be able to step into four themed anime worlds inspired by BLEACH, SPY x FAMILY, DAN DA DAN and GINTAMA, each offering interactive experiences and exclusive merchandise.
The festival will also transform the venue into a Neo-Tokyo-style setting, complete with gaming zones, J-Pop and anisong performances, live entertainment, character appearances, fashion stalls, collectibles, and a wide selection of Japanese-inspired street food.
