The iconic, high-energy Tough Mudder UAE returns on Saturday, February 7, taking over The Sevens Stadium with its trademark mix of grit, teamwork and adrenaline-fuelled obstacles.
Participants aged 14 and above can tackle the Tough Mudder 5K, featuring more than 12 challenges, including fan favourites like Arctic Enema, Electroshock Therapy and Hydrophobia, alongside new obstacles such as Pyramid Scheme, Funky Monkey and Everest. Designed to be completed as a team, the course tests endurance, courage and cooperation.
Younger participants can also join the fun through Kids by Spartan races, with 1km to 3km courses for ages four to 14, making it a family-friendly event.
Off the course, The Sevens Stadium will transform into a lively festival village with food trucks, music and entertainment, giving spectators plenty to enjoy while cheering teams on.
