A new waiting lounge for Uber and Careem users has opened at Terminal 3 of Dubai International Airport, offering passengers a more convenient experience at the vehicle pickup point. The lounge was launched by Uber in partnership with Dubai Airports.

Air-conditioned: Comfortable space with high-efficiency air purifiers.
Seating: Ergonomic seats, workspaces and luggage areas.
Charging: USB-C, USB-A and standard power sockets.
Dedicated queue: Separate line for UberX and Careem Comfort users with PIN-based pickup.
The lounge is located at the main Uber and Careem pickup area in Terminal 3’s Car Pickup zone, with clear signs directing passengers to the designated queues and vehicle pickup points.
