All fines for traffic violations committed by motorists during the recent record rains, will be waived in Dubai

All traffic fines incurred by motorists amid the recent record rains on April 16, will be waived in Dubai according to police. Lieutenant General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, Dubai Police Commander-in-Chief, made the announcement on Wednesday. 

The decision to waive the traffic violations reflects Dubai Police's dedication to the people and safeguarding their safety, particularly in extreme circumstances. Sheikh Hamdan, Dubai's Crown Prince, had already approved a range of programs and efforts to reduce the effects of the emirate's extreme weather.
