Digital Dubai has launched a new "Worker's Voice" feature on the DubaiNow app, enabling private sector employees to submit individual or group complaints against their employers.
Developed by Dubai Police, the service covers issues such as wages, working conditions, accommodation, and occupational health and safety, allowing workers to file complaints digitally without visiting service centres.
