Dubai Municipality has introduced 40 eco-friendly, 3D-printed seats in Uptown Mirdif and Al Khawaneej parks. These seats are designed to enhance the parks' aesthetics and provide comfortable resting spots for visitors. The initiative aligns with Dubai's commitment to environmental sustainability and technological innovation.
The seats are crafted using advanced 3D printing technology, resulting in durable and weather-resistant structures. This method reduces material waste and maintenance needs, contributing to a more sustainable urban environment. The contemporary designs of these seats complement the parks' landscapes, offering both functionality and visual appeal.
This project is part of Dubai Municipality's broader efforts to integrate technology into public spaces, aiming to make Dubai a leader in environmental sustainability. The municipality plans to expand this initiative by installing similar 3D-printed seats in other parks across the city.
