Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced revised parking and public transport timings for Ramadan.
Paid public parking will apply from Monday to Saturday in two periods: 8am to 6pm and 8pm to 12 midnight, offering a two-hour free window around Maghrib for iftar and prayers. Multi-storey car parks will continue to operate 24/7.
Dubai Metro (Red and Green Lines):
Mon–Thu: 5am–12 midnight
Fri: 5am–1am (next day)
Sat: 5am–12 midnight
Sun: 8am–12 midnight
Dubai Tram:
Mon–Sat: 6am–1am (next day)
Sun: 9am–1am (next day)
Commuters can check updated bus timings on the S’hail app, while marine transport schedules are available on the RTA website. Customer Happiness Centres and vehicle inspection centres will also operate on revised Ramadan hours.
