Dubai’s upgraded Nol Pay app now allows users to renew expiring cards and extend travel pass validity in advance.
The enhanced app also sends proactive alerts when balances run low. Users can instantly top up, check their balance in real time, and even manage nol cards for their family members.
With the updated Nol Pay app released by Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), users can now set automatic top-ups for family members’ cards at chosen intervals and amounts, in addition to making immediate purchases of travel passes.
The latest Nol Pay app update is designed to deliver a smoother, more efficient user experience with improved performance and usability. Key features include:
Managing family nol cards, including submitting applications for children, linking or deactivating cards, and recharging individual balances.
Scheduling automatic top-ups for family cards at selected intervals and amounts.
Receiving timely alerts for low balances, expiring cards, or travel pass renewals.
Instant card top-ups and real-time balance checks.
Quick purchase of travel passes.
Additional services like mobile phone balance recharges.
The launch is part of RTA’s first phase to upgrade the nol system with ABT technology, aligning the app with its unified digital ecosystem. The app now also supports digitised nol cards on Samsung and Huawei devices for tap-and-go payments without opening the app.
