Dubai’s upcoming Dubai Square Mall will feature the world’s first major mall with air-conditioned parking, setting a new standard for innovation.
Emaar Properties launched Dubai Square in May at Dubai Creek Harbour, featuring residential and retail developments. The centrepiece, Dubai Square Mall, is expected to open within three years.
The Dh180-billion mall is planned to be three times the size of Downtown Dubai, making it one of the region’s largest shopping and entertainment destinations.
Dubai Square will add to Emaar’s mall portfolio, which includes Dubai Mall, Dubai Hills Mall, Dubai Marina Mall, Souk Al Bahar and The Ranches Souk.
The mall will support the growing EV market with dedicated facilities and feature drive-through services powered by AI, reinforcing Dubai’s focus on smart and sustainable infrastructure.
