No more switching between multiple websites or apps. With DubaiNow's new 'Pay All Fines' service, residents can conveniently check and pay eligible fines from different authorities in one place.
DubaiNow is the Dubai Government's official smart app, offering access to more than 320 services provided by over 50 government and private-sector entities.
With the DubaiNow app, residents and visitors can conveniently:
- Pay utility bills
- Manage residency-related services
- Top up Salik accounts
- Renew permits
- Access hundreds of other government and private-sector services
The newly introduced 'Pay All Fines' feature further enhances convenience by allowing users to view and pay eligible fines from multiple authorities in one place.
How the 'Pay All Fines' service works:
1. Download the DubaiNow app
Available on both iOS and Android devices.
2. Sign in or create an account
Register using your personal details and Emirates ID, or
Log in instantly with your UAE Pass account.
3. View your fines
Select 'Pay All Fines' from the home screen to see all eligible fines linked to your Emirates ID, including:
Traffic fines
Parking violations
Salik penalties
Other eligible government fines
The app also displays the total number of fines and the amount due.
4. Make the payment
Pay securely using a debit card, credit card, or digital wallet. A confirmation will be displayed once the payment is successful.
The 'Pay All Fines' service simplifies fine payments by:
- Bringing eligible fines into one place
- Eliminating the need to use multiple websites or apps
- Providing a clear view of outstanding fines and the total amount due
