Emirates cancels all scheduled flights until March 7 amid regional airspace closures

Emirates has announced that all scheduled flights will remain cancelled until 11:59pm GST on Saturday, March 7, following regional airspace closures. This means regular Emirates flights to and from Dubai are effectively suspended until Sunday, March 8.

The airline said it will operate a limited number of repatriation and cargo flights from Dubai International Airport (DXB), with passengers being contacted directly. Travellers have been advised not to go to the airport unless they receive confirmed departure details.

Meanwhile, flydubai has partially resumed operations from Terminals 2 and 3 at DXB. Emirates said the situation remains under review and urged customers to check its website or email updates before travelling. Passengers can also rebook their flights or request refunds if eligible.
