The Emirates Group has launched a massive global recruitment campaign to hire 17,300 professionals across 350 different roles over the next financial year. The hiring spree will cover a wide range of positions, including cabin crew, pilots, engineers, sales and commercial staff, customer service, ground handling, catering, IT, HR, and finance.
Its subsidiary, dnata, will also recruit over 4,000 specialists in areas such as cargo, catering, and ground operations.
Supporting this drive, Emirates recently inaugurated a cutting-edge flight crew training centre to prepare current and future pilots, along with a new Dhs3 million cabin crew zone opened earlier in 2025.
Over the next year, the group will hold over 2,100 open days and other talent acquisition events in 150 countries to find the best pilots, IT professionals, engineers, and cabin crew candidates. Open days will feature Dubai-based programs to engage UAE students and graduates.
