Emirates is set to boost its Dubai–Cairo services, announcing plans to operate five daily flights starting February 1, 2026. The airline will also adjust its current schedule and add six extra weekly flights during the peak winter season.
The expansion comes as Emirates prepares to celebrate 40 years of connecting Dubai and Egypt, marking a significant milestone in its long-standing partnership with the country.
Except for Thursday, the new route will operate every day from December until the end of January. The extra flight will take off from Dubai International Airport at 10.45 a.m. GST during this time and land at Cairo International Airport at 1 p.m. local time. At 2.40 p.m. local time, the return flight will leave Cairo, and it will reach DXB at 7.55 p.m. GST.
Additionally, the new daily route will begin service in February at 4 a.m. GST departing DXB and arrive in Cairo at 6 a.m. Additionally, the return flight will arrive in DXB around 1.15 pm GST after departing Cairo at 8 am local time.
Starting in February, the additional daily flights will be optimized to offer smooth connections with major Asian locations, such as Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Hong Kong, and more.
