Indian passport, visa, and attestation services in the UAE will be suspended for five days later this month as the Embassy of India transitions to a new outsourced service provider. From July 1, 2026, Al Hind Tours and Travel LLC will handle these services across the UAE.
Existing service providers BLS International and SGIVS Global will cease accepting new applications from June 25 onwards as part of the transition.
Regular passport, visa, and attestation services will be suspended from June 26 to 30, while emergency services will continue at the Indian missions in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
Applicants needing urgent assistance can reach the Indian missions via the toll-free helpline 800 INDIA (800 46342), WhatsApp at +971 54 309 0571, or email at [email protected].
Al Hind Tours and Travel will launch a new online appointment portal on July 1, when it takes over consular services. The embassy also urged the Indian community to follow only official channels for updates.
According to Al Hind, the new network will feature 16 centres across the UAE, including six in Abu Dhabi, two each in Dubai and Sharjah, and one centre each in Ajman, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain, Khor Fakkan, Kalba, and Ras Al Khaimah.
