flydubai will begin operating twice-daily flights to Bangkok from September 15, expanding its network in Thailand. The Dubai-based carrier will fly from Dubai International Airport (DXB) to Don Mueang International Airport (DMK) for the first time.
Bangkok, famed for its vibrant nightlife, lively markets and renowned street food, continues to attract global travellers and was recently ranked the world’s best city for Gen Z. Don Mueang Airport, located north of the city centre, serves as a major hub for both business and leisure visitors.
The new double-daily service complements flydubai’s existing flights to Krabi, bringing its total operations to Thailand to 28 weekly flights. The route will operate from DXB’s Terminal 3 under the airline’s codeshare partnership with Emirates, offering passengers seamless connections, a single booking and through check-in of baggage.
Flights FZ1225 and FZ1345 will depart Dubai at 11am and 1.20pm GST, arriving in Bangkok at 8.45pm and 11.10pm ICT. Return services FZ1336 and FZ1346 will leave Bangkok at 11.50pm and 12.10am ICT, landing in Dubai at 3.20am and 3.40pm GST.
