According to Georgia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the insurance policy must include:

Start and end dates of coverage

Insured risks

Insurance premium amount and payment terms

The policy must remain valid for the full duration of the stay, including arrival and departure dates.

Diplomats and freight drivers are exempt from this mandatory insurance requirement.
