Global Village has canceled its Eid Al Fitr fireworks and drone shows this year due to heightened regional tensions linked to the US–Israel–Iran conflict.
The popular destination said the move follows nationwide government directives banning fireworks and drone displays.
The park has also remained closed for over two weeks since the Iranian attacks began on February 28. Visitors are advised to check Global Village’s official website and social media channels for updates on reopening, while other attractions across the emirates remain under security review.
