Keeta Drone and the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority (DCAA) have partnered for the first time to introduce a new drone delivery route at Nad Al Sheba, which includes a drone port near the Grand Mosque.
Drones fly directly to the mosque from a few food establishments at Avenue Mall, currently serving a small selection of coffee and ice cream.

H.E. Mohammed Abdulla Lengawi, the Director General of DCAA, issued the first directive in front of senior officials, including H.E. Sultan Butti bin Mejren, the owner of Avenue Mall, H.E. Ahmed Darwish Al Muhairi from IACAD, H.E. Badr Buhannad from DSO, and H.E. Eng. Marwan Ahmed Bin Ghalita from Dubai Municipality.
There are four Keeta Drone routes in Dubai Silicon Oasis. You can also test deliveries at the DSO 7 towers and RIT University.
