Mercedes-Benz has joined forces with Dubai-based developer Binghatti to develop a major branded urban district in Meydan, envisioned as a “city within a city.” Titled Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti City, the project will cover about 9 million square feet and feature a cluster of high-rise towers designed around innovation, mobility, design and community living.
Binghatti, known for landmark developments such as Burj Binghatti and Mercedes-Benz–branded residences in Downtown Dubai, is leading the project. The Dhs30 billion development will combine luxury residences with cultural and leisure attractions, retail boulevards, parks, green corridors, wellness and sports facilities, mobility hubs, and dining and entertainment venues. Designed as a walkable community, the district will reflect Mercedes-Benz’s “Sensual Purity” design philosophy throughout its architecture and public spaces.
