Plans unveiled for a new residential tower in Dubai Marina set to be the worlds tallest

Six Senses, a luxury hospitality brand, has presented plans for the world's tallest residential tower in Dubai Marina. Six Senses Residences, which to open in Dubai Marina, will be Six Senses' second Dubai location, following the nearly-completed Six Senses The Palm Jumeirah hotel. When completed in 2028, the tower is expected to have an amazing 122 floors.

The tower, built in conjunction with Dubai-based developer Select Group, will have 251 units that are unlike anything you've seen in Dubai before. They are actually being created to provide a comprehensive, wellness-focused approach to living, from the elegant outside to every part of the interior.

Residents will enjoy amenities such as Sleep With Six Senses bedrooms, which are replete with everything wellness, including bespoke features like a wellness wardrobe (absolutely please) stocked with home workout equipment and mood-enhancing sensory art.

Other features include a longevity center, a gym, cryogenic chambers, a crystal sound healing room, and a spa area with hydrotherapy facilities. If that isn't enough, the skydeck on the 109th level has a 25-meter lap pool. 

The development also has community lounges, a game room, and a cinema. Six Senses Place on the Palm will be reached via a 10-minute boat journey.
