Ras Al Khaimah is gearing up for its most impressive New Year’s Eve celebration yet, with plans to launch the biggest firework ever in a new Guinness World Record attempt. Inspired by themes of strength, renewal, and progress, the show will blend advanced pyrotechnics with dazzling drone and laser displays. The 15-minute spectacle will span 6 km from Marjan Island to Al Hamra and feature over 2,300 drones creating stunning formations before the record-breaking finale.
This year’s celebrations include two fireworks shows: an early display at 8 pm above Corniche Al Qawasim and the main midnight show over Marjan Island and Al Hamra Bay.
The free-entry Ras Al Khaimah New Year’s Eve Festival at Al Hamra will begin at 2 pm, offering live entertainment, food trucks, and family activities. Performers include DJ BobMix, Bollywood singer Shweta Subram, and DJ Bia.
Multiple parking zones, including dedicated caravan areas, will be available. Visitors must register their vehicles in advance at raknye.com to access their chosen zone and receive entry and exit guidelines.
