Wynn Al Marjan Island reaches key milestone as 70-storey tower tops out

Wynn Al Marjan Island marked a major construction milestone as its 70-storey tower topped out at 283 metres of structural concrete height, just 27 months after foundation work began. The project is now set for spire installation next year, which will raise the total height to 352 metres, making it the tallest building in Ras Al Khaimah by more than 100 metres.

The milestone signals a shift to full interior fit-out works across 1,530 guest rooms and suites, with 1,504 already under construction. Façade installation is 79 per cent complete on the tower, while low-rise buildings have reached 99 per cent structural completion, with over 438,968 cubic metres of concrete poured so far.

Spanning more than 60 hectares, the integrated resort is scheduled to open in spring 2027, offering hotels, luxury residences, 22 dining venues, pools, a spa, retail spaces, a private beach and a superyacht marina.
