Yas Waterworld Abu Dhabi has unveiled a major expansion, introducing 11 new slides and attractions that blend high-thrill rides with family-friendly experiences.
Inspired by the “Lost City” theme, the addition includes eight slides, two jump platforms, and a leisure pool, bringing the park’s total to over 70 attractions. The highlight is Matamir’s Drop, the UAE’s tallest waterslide, featuring a 40-metre plunge and a 233-metre twisting course. Other attractions include high-speed racing slides, immersive light-enhanced rides, and the park’s first duelling mat racer.
Guests can also unwind at Sarab pool or take on the Al Afda jump platform. Since opening in 2013, the park has won over 65 awards, including ‘Middle East’s Leading Water Park’ at the 2025 World Travel Awards 2025.
