The International Astronomical Centre (IAC) predicts that on May 27, people will be able to see the crescent moon that signifies the beginning of Dhul Hijjah.
Accordingly, in the majority of Islamic nations, Arafat Day will probably occur on Thursday, June 5, and Eid Al Adha, also known as the Feast of Sacrifice, on Friday, June 6.
Dhul Hijjah will start on May 29 if the crescent moon is not visible on May 27. As a result, Eid will be observed beginning on June 7 and Arafat Day on June 6.
The UAE Cabinet decree states that Arafat Day would be a public holiday, and then there will be a three-day break for the Eid Al Adha celebration (Dhul Hijjah 10–12). With weekends included, locals will get a four-day holiday to celebrate from June 5 to June 8 or June 6 to June 9.
