The UAE Exchange Metro Station was renamed the Life Pharmacy Metro Station by Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) on Monday. This follows a 10-year arrangement in which the RTA gave Life Pharmacy the naming rights.
The UAE Exchange Metro Station is located on the Red Line of the Dubai Metro in Jebel Ali. After entering into a naming rights agreement with UAE Exchange, it was renamed UAE Exchange on June 30, 2015, after opening as Jebel Ali Metro Station in March 2011.
Being the sole ground-level stop in the Dubai Metro system, this station is special. Every other station is underground or elevated.
