Visitors to the Sharjah International Book Fair can use three daily bus services from Dubai and Ajman, free boat rides and additional parking facilities. Shuttle buses will also connect extra parking areas to Expo Centre Sharjah throughout the event.
Bus Services from Dubai and Ajman
Daily buses will operate from Etisalat Metro Station in Dubai and City Centre Ajman, with three departures from each location:
- To the fair: 9am, 1pm and 5pm
- Return journeys: 12pm, 4pm and 9pm
Buses will depart from Expo Centre Sharjah for the return trips.
Free Boat Rides
Visitors can enjoy complimentary daily boat rides to the fair from Sharjah Aquarium Station and Al Qasba Station.
Additional Parking Facilities
Extra free parking spaces will be provided along the road between Expo Centre Sharjah and the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Shuttle buses will transport visitors from these parking areas to the venue.
Visitors can also park at the Expo Centre's existing parking areas, including its multi-storey car park.
Motorists can reach Expo Centre Sharjah via Al Taawun Street or Corniche Street. Visitors from Dubai can use the Al Nahda interchange, while those arriving via Al Ittihad Street can take the Al Taawun Tunnel interchange.
