Giant gold frame by UAE jewelers, a tribute to the Father of the Nation, enters Guinness Records

A world record-breaking homage to Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the Father of the Nation, has been created by two UAE jewelers using their love and skill. With a fine image of Sheikh Zayed encircled by famous sites from each of the seven emirates, they created a massive frame entirely of 21-karat gold. 

This opulent design, which is currently the largest gold frame in the world according to Guinness World Records, was on display during the 55th Middle East Watch and Jewellery Show, which Expo Centre Sharjah organized.

Golden Arabia Jewellery and Yogesh Jewellery Factory, a family-run company with headquarters in Sharjah since 1973, came up with the concept together. The golden frame is a sentimental item that symbolizes togetherness, pride in the country, and the intense affection that many locals have for Sheikh Zayed; it is not for sale. 

The frame features intricate gold carvings of seven famous sites from various emirates, such as Sharjah's Quran Roundabout, the Burj Khalifa, and the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. It highlights each monument's depth and texture by combining matte and polished finishes.
