MOHRE has called upon private sector companies across the UAE to apply flexible working patterns on February 12

Due to the uncertain weather, the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization has urged private sector businesses throughout the United Arab Emirates to use flexible work schedules tomorrow, Monday, February 12.

The ministry stated in a statement on X that "necessary measures need to be taken by companies to ensure outdoor work, if necessary, and comply with occupational health and safety requirements."

"Businesses must also protect employees' health and safety when they travel to and from outdoor work sites."
