Retailers across the UAE have rolled out massive savings of up to 70 per cent on thousands of products in the run-up to Ramadan 2026, with prices starting as low as Dh1.
Ramadan is expected to begin on February 18 or 19, subject to the sighting of the crescent moon on the evening of February 29. In preparation, both online platforms and physical stores across the Emirates have launched wide-ranging promotions on groceries, dates and beverages, household essentials, electronics, personal care items, and kitchen appliances.
Abu Dhabi-based ADCOOP has earmarked Dh20 million for its Ramadan 2026 campaign, offering discounts of up to 60 per cent on more than 4,000 products, alongside price reductions on 1,500 essential items. Emphasising its community-focused approach, the retailer will distribute 30,000 free Iftar meals and offer 12,000 pre-packed Ramadan essentials boxes priced at Dh99 and Dh149 through its stores and online channels.
The initiative also includes support for Emirati women entrepreneurs by giving them a platform to showcase locally made products, promote homegrown brands, and highlight UAE-grown and locally sourced produce.
As part of the Dh1 deals, the Ramadan campaign will feature discounts on over 300 products, covering essential FMCG items, food staples, beverages, and everyday household necessities tailored to Ramadan consumption needs.
