Teachers are required t0:
Appear on camera during live classes
Upload lesson plans at least 30 minutes before class
Use interactive tools every 20 minutes
Record lessons where possible (no student recording without consent)
Share recordings with absent students (valid reasons)
Avoid teaching from inappropriate locations
Inform parents before one-on-one sessions
With regards to student wellbeing:
Regular in-class check-ins must be conducted
Record check-ins in the approved system
Log follow-ups within 1 hour
Report concerns within 24 hours
Apply absence protocols immediately
Workload & communication rules:
Max 3 consecutive hours of live teaching
No routine parent communication outside working hours
Escalate workload issues through official channels
Use mental and physical wellbeing support services
School communication guidelines:
Use one official channel per family
Send daily schedules by 8:00 PM
Respond to academic queries within one school day
Separate channel for safety and wellbeing issues
Inform platform/technical changes at least 24 hours in advance
Parents must ensure attendance, provide a proper study environment, respond within 24 hours, and offer more support for younger students.
Schools cannot ask parents to teach or monitor students (except young children), and routine communication is limited to 3:30 PM–8:00 PM.
Parents should not follow up on absences, as schools are responsible for attendance tracking.
