1. Driving Licence Eligibility
Minimum age: 17 years
Must pass a medical examination
Must pass a driving test

2. Licence Suspension (Article 12)
If driver is medically unfit or unqualified

4. Driving Without a Licence
Unrecognised foreign licence:
First offence: Fine Dh2,000–Dh10,000
Repeat: Jail (min. 3 months) and/or fine Dh5,000–Dh50,000
No licence or wrong category:
First offence: Jail (up to 3 months) and/or fine Dh5,000–Dh50,000
Repeat: Jail (min. 3 months) and/or fine Dh20,000–Dh100,000
